Each client is required to read and sign WYA's Client Contact
Information Form and WYA Contract after the initial consultation
and prior to the first visit.
Client is responsible for notifying WYA upon arrival home from
an extended vacation. Then we know your companions are
safe and sound!
WYA asks to keep your house keys for convenience and cost.
Keys can be picked up and returned to you for a $10 charge
each way.
WYA requests that you notify us if anyone else has a key to
your home while we're conducting our visits.
Full payment is due upon the initial first day visit. Checks and
cash are accepted. Checks should be made payable to
Jamie Delmonico. If a check is returned a $25 fee will be
assessed.
Additional fees incurred will be billed within 10 calendar days.
Additional fees include: emergency care, as well as any
expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation,
housing, food, or supplies.
If you need to cancel a visit, please keep in mind that WYA turns
away other clients to ensure your dates are confirmed. With
that in mind, the following cancellation policies will apply:
~ Daily Visits: 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
~ Holidays: 14 day cancellation notice is required
~ Overnight care requires 72 hours cancellation.
